Jordans First Lasagna

Jordan (my 16 yr old daughter) made her very first lasagna for hubbies birthday, she did a great job and it was delicious, here is the recipe

Lasagna

1 lb ground beef
2 6oz cans tomato paste
2 cans water (tomato paste cans)
1 C mushrooms
1 t garlic/crushed and chopped (I use 2 or 3 small cloves)
1 t salt
pepper to taste
3 C cottage cheese
10 oz pkg lasagna noodles cooked according to package directions
1 lb mozzerella cheese grated

brown your ground beef and drain, add in your garlic, salt, pepper, tomato paste, water and mushrooms, let it cook til it is all heated through. Scoop a little sauce in the bottom of your 13x9 inch pan so the noodles dont stick. Layer Noodles, hamburger mixture, cottage cheese,mozzerella cheese until pan is full, top with mozzerella cheese and cook at 375 for about 30 minutes YUMMM!
we usually double and make a HUGE batch

Its Hubbys Birthday !!

Yep, hot dogs, leftover baked potatoes and eggs will fill him up just right.. fry up your potatoes and hot dogs til nice and brown, add a few eggs and stir them in.. fry it all up VERY Filling easy and happy hubby hehe dont forget salt n pepper, you can even add cheese, or salsa







He was SOo excited ROTFL to see his pretty decorations haha!!! I made him a quick easy and filling breakfast :D he is a big eater. Happy 40th Dave :D

Cleaning up my space

Got busy cleaning up my computer space this weekend, it looks SO much better than it did but Im not done yet hehe.. still need to take out the rug and sweep/mop the floor..not looking forward to it very much actually lol
