Got this recipe off of the Pioneer Woman Cooks blog, just had to try it because it looked SOOO good, its in the oven as I type :D Yummo.. Ill post pics when its done and frosted cant WAIT to try em

That cake looks so YUMMY! Carrot Cake is like my fav! I used to beg Mom for that all of the time and I remember she even added food coloring to make the icing green for cupcakes on my birthday once :) Yum!
